About Me

Top

You’ve probably had a few Match Green Tea Lattes from Starbucks or if you know of any Oriental cafes the word Matcha will come indubitably come to mind. My little guilty pleasure has become Krungthep Tea Time. If you live in the Orlando area, I swear you will not regret the visit! My mouth waters just from writing about it so I won’t go into too much detail except to try almost everything on the menu, especially their iced matcha green tea latte and their brick toast and the sandwiches. Just go.

I read a ton of articles about how amazing Matcha is for you, how its better than coffee, and all the benefits that come along with it. Here are a few articles I read from: The Garden Grazer, Health Ambition,  The Matcha Source, and The Huffington Post. From the start of my health craze frenzy and my 3-Day Detox I’ve been pretty damn healthy. Expect for finals week where I’ve eaten every brownie, grilled cheese, and french fries in sight. Last week I saw a new cupcake shop across the street and nearly got in an accident trying to make an illegal U-turn into that delicious son of a mother. I regret nothing. In exactly two weeks I’ll be back to my regular schedule and picking up a weird succulent planting hobby. But as for now, I’ll share my Matcha Frappe recipe.

Girl I love me some Orlando! Lived there for a few months and had a blast! Haven’t tried that tea yet, does it taste like a green leafy something? I can’t stand it when I drink tea and it tastes like something a bunny rabbit would eat lol.
