Finding a good tailor is like falling in love; it is like finding the love of your life who will eventually become one of the most important people in your life. Of course, if you’ve yet to feel true love they may as well know every inch of your body just as well last night’s one night stand, whose number you call more often than not.
Of course they also come with a bit of baggage, except this one is being paid out-of-pocket rather than being accepted by the blindness that comes along with being in love, or lust. I did not appreciate what I had until it was gone. And by this I mean I didn’t realize how much more I have to give to buy this love while I’m in Florida. How did I get so lucky? I can buy any dress three sizes too big. I can turn any men’s shirt size extra-large into a petite A-line dress. I can buy my favorite linen fabrics and turn them into a beautiful pair of pants. actually these perfectly tailored pair of pants. Love is in the air ladies and gentlemen, I have been seduced and swept off my feet by my tailor and his creatively strong working hands. Trust me when I say you must go and find him. You’ll thank me later.
