I have had mixed feelings about SheIn for some time and after receiving several pieces from them I’ve decided to give my honest review. We sort of have this love-hate relationship. SheIn is the online equivalence to a Forever 21, in my opinion. The quality won’t ever be the greatest but the prices are cheap AF. AND they have more pieces to choose from than I could even count.

The sizes are usually true to size and the reviews on there are solid. I will usually pass on something if I’ve not read a review. I’ve ordered from similar sites (ROMWE) and received a pair of shorts that wouldn’t even fit past my lower leg. And this was after reading a review that the item ran small and sized up.

I realized I’ve never listed a description of my height/size. Here goes:

• I’m 5’1
• Petite and Curvy
• Size Small/Medium
• 6 1/2 Shoe Size
• 32DD or 34D (Victoria’s Secret)

Because I’m petite and curvy things don’t always fit the way I’d like them to. I have most of my clothes fitted at a tailor and rarely online shop. Hence, the review.

About My SheIn White Floral Wrap Dress:

I made the mistake of buying this wrap dress in a size L because I thought the sizes would run a little small because at the time there was not a single review. IF I had ordered a smaller size I wouldn’t need to adjust the chest area every so often and it would’ve wrapped around a lot nicer. One of the ends ran a little long which is kind of a bitch because it throws the symmetry way off. See below. If you haven’t already noticed, wrap dresses are sort of my thing. I fucking love them.

Side Note: you need the correct size when buying a wrap dress or else it’ll compliment nothing a wrap dress usually does. Accentuate your curves, make you feel super cute, and what not.

SheIn Review

I would definitely recommend buying from SheIn BUT always look at the reviews first to see if the piece is true to size. Also, keep your expectations fairly low. You’re practically spending as much as you would on a cheap bottle of wine. It’s not always the best, but it’ll get the job done.
